Through our experience, we came to a clear realisation—the industry is broken.

Lettings - Our Promises
- Best Fee Guarantee – We offer a best management fee guarentee. If you find cheaper we will beat it. You can read about our services and fees for Landlords here. We are able to offer these lower fees by being an online only agent, meaning no expensive offices. Our teams works from small private offices where meetings can be arranged if required. All of our contracts and tenancy agreements are signed electronically however again if required we can arrange paper copies. We have also developed our own systems to save high monthly subscription costs.
- Straight Forward Fees – Not only to we strive to make our services affordable, we also want our fees to be simple. Most agents charge a monthly managment fees then several other fees on top of this. You will only pay one monthly fee to keep things simple and help you plan for the future
