Through our experience, we came to a clear realisation—the industry is broken. With increasing regulations, it’s becoming more challenging to be a landlord or to buy and sell a home.

Lettings - How We Do Things Differently
- Best Fee Guarantee – We offer a best management fee guarantee. If you find it cheaper, we will beat it. You can read about our services and fees for Landlords here. We can offer these lower fees by being an online only agent, meaning no expensive offices. Our teams work from small private offices where meetings can be arranged if required. All of our contracts and tenancy agreements are signed electronically; however, again, if required, we can arrange paper copies. We have also developed our own systems to save high monthly subscription costs.
- Straight Forward Fees – Not only to we strive to make our services affordable, we also want our fees to be simple. Most agents charge a monthly management fee and then several other fees on top of this. You will only pay one monthly fee to keep things simple and help you plan for the future
Expert Contractor Panel – One of the key challenges we have encountered is subpar workmanship and excessive fees. To address this, we have implemented a thorough review process. Every quote received is carefully assessed by our directors before being forwarded to our landlords, ensuring that only fair and reasonable proposals are shared. Additionally, all completed work is inspected during the next scheduled visit to maintain quality standards. Our contractors also provide a 12-month warranty on all work, meaning any issues must be rectified at no extra cost. To further reduce expenses, we employ an in-house maintenance specialist two days a week. Whenever possible, necessary repairs and maintenance are handled internally, keeping costs to a minimum.
Periodic Visits – A common issue we’ve observed with other agents is the inconsistency in conducting regular property visits. We believe these inspections are crucial for ensuring that properties are well-maintained and that any maintenance concerns are promptly addressed, benefiting both landlords and tenants. To uphold our standards, we commit to conducting at least two visits per year. Additional visits can be arranged upon request or following significant maintenance work.
Sales - How We Do Things Differently

Realistic Valuations – Over-inflated valuations sound good on paper, but they are of no use if your property never sells. We utilise real market data and local insights to establish realistic asking prices that attract serious buyers and facilitate smoother sales.
Honest Communication – Even when it’s uncomfortable, we will tell you the truth, even when others won’t. Price adjustments, constructive feedback are all things that we will always be honest and realistic with you about.
